This Project called for renovating an old home built in the 70's with numerous badly executed additions over the years. 

This development consist out of two dwellings and two small town houses, situated facing the Klein Windhoek river.

We received the Laureate award for Best Young Architects in Africa at the 14th Architecture Biennale in Venice, Italy in Association with Droomer Architects

This House was our first project in Namibia back in 2011. 

This Project is currently under construction to be completed by end 2022
